An expressive and elegant Rosé Champagne from Champagne Drappier, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir using the traditional Rosé de Saignée method.

A short period of skin contact gives the Champagne its distinctive deep pink colour, concentrated fruit character and impressive structure.

The bouquet reveals vibrant red fruits, raspberry, cherry and violet with a delicate spicy character. The palate is generous, fresh and silky, combining ripe fruit with fine acidity and a long, refined finish.

Drappier Rosé de Saignée is produced from 100% Pinot Noir. The wine undergoes cold pre-fermentation maceration and malolactic fermentation and is produced without filtration or clarification. A small proportion is matured in large wooden casks.

Excellent as an aperitif and particularly suitable with antipasti, salmon, fish dishes, grilled lamb and red-fruit based dishes.
