Within the rich wine culture of the Veneto region, fertile lands and diverse soil create the classic 1908 wine series from Cielo. Through passionate collaboration with grapevines, the triumphant red wine Appassionatamente testifies to superb winemaking. The wine is produced using the appassimento method typical of the Veneto region in Italy. During production, grapes undergo drying on wooden racks, fermentation, and then aging in traditional French oak barrels. The wine is also known as "Super Veneto" as it is made from unconventional grape varieties within the rich wine culture of the region. A blend of Merlot, Corvina, and Sangiovese creates a deep red wine with complex flavors, full of passion. It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius, alongside pasta, grilled meat dishes, and mature cheeses. Color: Deep red. Aroma: Rich scent of ripe red fruits and spices. Taste: Full-bodied, bold, and round with notes of ripe red fruits
