Psagot Brandy XO

 Psagot Brandy XO is a unique and high-quality brandy from Israel, made from premium wines distilled using traditional methods in a copper alembic still. The spirits were aged for 12 years in oak barrels within an ancient cave discovered in the heart of the Psagot vineyard. The final tasting and selection of the barrels were conducted by the winery's winemakers in collaboration with experts from the "Milk & Honey" distillery. This brandy perfectly reflects the rugged character of the Israeli mountain terroir, with local spice flavors and hints of tobacco. It is packaged in unique gold metal boxes crafted by hand specifically for the winery.

 In the heart of the mountains lies the vineyard, and in the heart of the vineyard is an ancient cave. In this cave, the brandy matured for 12 years, aging in sync with the rhythm of time and place.
