Description

Bushmills 31 Year Old whiskey has been initially matured in Oloroso and bourbon casks, before being finished in rare first and second-fill Madeira casks for 18 years. Launching in celebration of St Patricks Day, this is one of the most limited, small batch single malts ever created at The Old Bushmills Distillery.
The unique release is only available in select markets, with just 12 bottles available in the country.
Beginning with enticing aromas of dried fruits, marmalade, warm cocoa, black coffee and walnuts, the palate leads to sweet mandarin orange flavours, alongside peach, honey and gentle waves of oak. Gentle spice, roasted nuts and raisin flavours develop, before a dry and long fruity finish with nutty praline creaminess giving an exquisite mouthfeel.
