Macallan 15-Year-Old Double Cask is a single malt whisky from The Macallan distillery in Scotland. It is aged for 15 years in oak casks using a unique method known as "Double Cask" maturation.

The term "Double Cask" refers to the whisky being matured simultaneously in two different types of oak casks: American oak ex-sherry casks and European oak ex-sherry casks, which were previously used to mature sherry and Spanish oak. The combination of these two cask types imparts a complex and rich flavor profile to the whisky, incorporating dried fruits, apples, and hints of vanilla and spices. It offers a well-balanced and smooth tasting experience with a long and warm finish.
