Description

Dalton's "Brut" sparkling wine is made from carefully selected Upper Galilee grapes, which are meticulously harvested and inspected. The wine is produced using traditional methods in the Shomron region and is particularly suitable for special and joyful occasions. The entire production process is carried out with meticulous and personalized craftsmanship.

The Vineyard:
The wine grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand in August. The grape clusters come from the vineyards of Misgav in the Galilee region.

The Production Process:
The wine undergoes initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks without the addition of sulfites. Subsequently, a base wine that has matured in previous barrels is added to give it complexity. In the winter, the wine is clarified and undergoes a second fermentation in bottles in a process known as "Tirage." The wine ages in bottles for approximately 3.5 years before the corks are replaced with sparkling wine corks.
