A powerful Cabernet blend with a notable influence of spicy and rich Syrah and a touch of peppery Merlot. An elegant, harmonious, complex, and rich wine.
Culinary Pairing
Serving temperature: 18 degrees Celsius. Perfect with grilled steak, lamb stew, or spicy beef or lamb tagine.
Production and Aging
Each variety and each plot ferments separately. The Syrah remains on its skins for 10-14 days, the Merlot for about three weeks, and the Cabernet parts for three to four weeks. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 25-28 degrees Celsius. The wine ages in French oak barrels for one to four years for about 14 months.
The wine contains 75 calories per 100 ml.
