Description

**Alexander Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon** is a red wine made from meticulously selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The vineyard, located in the village of Shammai, is situated at an elevation of 690 meters above sea level, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the Upper Galilee. The low grape yield, excellent growing conditions in one of the best regions in the country, and advanced viticultural techniques contribute to the high quality and uniqueness of the grapes.

The wine has a deep dark red color with a Bordeaux hue. It presents a rich aroma of ripe forest fruits, enveloped in tobacco and coffee, with a background of high-quality chocolate. The tannins are good and round, providing an elegant and full-bodied taste. The wine concludes with a very long finish, rich in flavors. It is an extremely elegant wine, ready to be served, with excellent aging potential.

The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (70%) and American oak barrels (30%).

Recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees Celsius.
