Store Policy

1. You are requested to read these terms of service in full and carefully as a precondition for communication between the parties.

2. The store is intended for purchasing products by internet users in Israel who are 18 years of age or older, possess a valid email address in the Israeli internet network, and have a valid credit card in Israel.

3. The early condition for the validity of a participant's entitlement to a purchase is the approval of the credit card company for the transaction and collection.

4. Browsing the store and/or purchasing the products and/or services offered for sale therein constitute your acceptance and compliance with the terms of service. Therefore, if you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please refrain from using the store.

5. The price includes VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Regular Purchase

In a regular sale, a limited quantity of products is offered for sale at a fixed price in advance. The sales process will be carried out under the following conditions:

1. The store will display a list of products, including all details about the product or service offered for sale and the price as predetermined. The sale is valid until stock depletion.

2. After adding the desired products to the "shopping cart," the customer will proceed to the "checkout" page and fill in their full details. The online purchase process will be completed thereafter.

3. The completion of the sales process will be carried out after verifying the transaction over the phone within 24 hours (business days) from the date of placing the order. The customer will be contacted by phone to provide credit card details and confirm the availability of the requested product before the order is finalized.

Product Exchange

- Product exchange with a receipt is allowed within 14 days only. Refund will be given within ___ business days, above a purchase value of ____ NIS. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer. A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS of the transaction value, whichever is lower, will be charged for canceling the transaction.

- The refund is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

- The item will be exchanged for one of equal value during the exchange process.

Order Cancellation

1. The customer is entitled to cancel the transaction* in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the Law: http://www.consumers.org.il/category/deal-annulment-regulations).

2. The customer may cancel the purchase of a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The cancellation must be made in writing and/or by fax and/or by direct email to the store.

3. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be charged 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

4. If the product has already been delivered to the customer, the customer is responsible for returning the product to the store. It is agreed that the customer will return the product in its original packaging, intact, and without any damage.

5. If the product has been sent to the customer, the customer will be charged the full shipping fees.

6. The store is entitled to cancel a transaction or part thereof in the following cases:

- Typographical errors, whether in the product price or product description.

- In case of force majeure, war, hostility, terrorism, or any other event that prevents a valid sale transaction.

7. Notice of cancellation will be delivered to the buyer by phone and/or email to the address provided on the registration page.

8. If the product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the store may cancel the sale and/or offer an alternative product of equal value. Notice of cancellation will be made in writing or by phone.

Product Delivery

1. The store will ensure the delivery of the ordered product to the address provided by the customer on the registration page, within the period specified on the product sales page, subject to the credit card company's approval of the transaction.

2. The store and/or suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages caused to the user or any third party as a result of using the website.

3. The store will not be responsible for the assembly and/or installation of products purchased on the website, and this responsibility will be borne by the customer and his account.

4. Icons: All information and/or display appearing on the website, including graphics, design, verbal presentation, trademarks, and logo marks, including their editing and display on the website, are the exclusive property of the store.

5. It is forbidden to copy, duplicate, distribute, publish, or otherwise use any of the contents appearing on the website, unless prior written consent is given by the store.
